On Thursday, Team Troy hosted a neighborhood open house at 3431 Cascadia Avenue South, Seattle, WA 98144 in the Mount Baker neighborhood of Seattle. This tight-knit community of neighbors were thrilled with the remodel of the home, which has had only a handful of owners since its original construction in 1919. With five bedrooms, 3.5 baths and 3,470 square feet, this home offers beautiful touches in a spacious setting.
Neighborhood Open House Event:
While the after and before photographs reveal a stunning transformation, perhaps the most notable accomplishment is how true the remodel is to the original design. The historic charm is evident in the woodworking especially, which includes lovely wood doors, mantelpieces, wainscoting, trim, and hardwood floors. Around every corner, you can see the care of the rehabilitation and how the old blends seamlessly in with the new.
